🚨 Big News from the CFTC! 🚨
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has just introduced a new framework under its FBOT (Foreign Board of Trade) program. This creates, for the first time, a clear and legal path for non-U.S. exchanges, including those offering digital assets, to register with the CFTC and open their services to U.S. traders.
👉 What this means for us:
• If any of our partner exchanges (Bitget, MEXC, Gate.io, HTX, Bybit perps, …) obtain FBOT status, $VR will become legally tradable for U.S. users.
• This is the first standardized regulatory pathway for foreign crypto exchanges to re-enter the U.S. market.
